Wow, Dr. Lessow is amazing!! Everyone in her office is so nice and warm. I wasn’t rushed or dismissed with any of my questions or concerns. I wish she could be my doctor for everything!! Highly highly recommend.

I was on my third opinion when I consulted Dr. Lessow. I am a professional singer, and needed a procedure done. Frankly, I was petrified: as a voice instructor with an MS in Speech Pathology, I am all too well aware of what can go wrong in even simple procedures. Dr. Lessow is the consummate professional, and I trusted her immediately. She combines a sincere empathy with integrity and an incredible skill set. Suffice it to say: I had NO intention of having the procedure done, just came for a consult. After 15 minutes with Dr. Lessow, I knew I was in the best hands and said: let’s do it. Best decision I could have made. HiGHLY recommend.

Very clean, pleasant office with kind receptionists and thorough practitioners. I’ve been to a few ENT offices recently for recurring ear issues, and this one provided the best care so far.

I'm so aggravated by the front desk staff. I have to call repeatedly for prescriptions or test results and hold times are very long (each time over 5 min). They are completely uninformed and useless although polite. Dr. Lessow and Rian Rosen however are excellent and I highly recommend them!

The medical assistant that asked the initial questions wasn't very friendly, and I waited for some time in the exam room before being seen by Dr. Lessow, but once she saw me she was very thorough, friendly, took her time with me, and made sure to answer any questions - I felt confident I was in great hands. They do sometimes take a while to follow up in their messaging system though, and dealing with billing with them was a bit of a pain. But still fairly pleasant to deal with even so.
