True what the reviews say about the waiting, very disappointing. The clinic is not with the hours of waiting.

Should have read the reviews... here to corroborate their experience. Others complained about the staff but I didn't have a issue with them, but the actual doctor. He was MIA from 1-4. If that's the case don't schedule patients for that time frame. Very upset. I had to call out of work for the rest of the day. Money out of my pocket, but not his. Wanted to go somewhere close by for my yearly physical. It would have been better to have just gone to Columbia/Cornell. Or even Mount Sinai were I was a regular patient before moving to the Heights. The nurses and lab work people are all nice, but was a little hard to communicate since they primarily speak Spanish. Anyways, the ladies are nice. They didn't wear gloves when taking blood work, and when they did a EKG, it was behind a curtain in the same room, while they ushered into another patient for blood work. Felt uncomfortable, hadn't experienced that anywhere else before. The doctor! I don't know why, but my appointment was at 1:30pm. I'm still here at 4:30, waiting to be seen by this man. I found out earlier around 3:30 he wasn't even in the building. He sauntered in at 4:17pm. There's atleast 12 other folks who've also accumulated in the waiting area and building lobby, waiting on him. The air is stuffy. No real ventilation. Highly unsafe, especially with Covid, and the new variant. Stay away unless you don't care about your time and health.

Let me start by saying that I normally NEVER leave reviews to anyone or for anything. However, this time I feel like I MUST for the sole purpose of alerting others of the abuses of this doctor and of his terrible staff. My grandmother has been going to this doctor for years and on numerous occasion she has gone (to get in line at 6AM in the morning) and waited for the doctor's arrival (along with other patients) but then he calls out sick for the day (at around 2PM!!) leaving all his patients wondering "what the heck just happened." I would not have said anything if this was a one time thing but it keeps happening over and over again. I've told my grandmother to stop going to this Doc but she refuses cause he's "her doctor." (ugh!!) Also, this Doctor's staff is very rude, lacks training in customer service and seems oblivious to basic human decency when dealing with people. Dr. Comas, please change your bad habits and respect your patients' time. Also, please do something about your horrible staff - especially your wife's mother; because from what I hear: she's the worst and most aggressive one of all. Thank you! AP
