Dr. Albert Shalomov

“I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Albert Shalomov’s office. Dr. Shalomov is a Gastro specialist in Queens, NY. My first contact was with Betty and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have an administration like Betty & the rest of your staff. The first point of contact is crucial! As far as the actual appointment…my appointment ran on time, Dr. Shalomov introduced himself and proceeded to ask me certain questions referencing my complaint, it was quite obvious that he had thoroughly read the medical information I provided ahead of time. If you ever have had had to tell your story three times over, because the paperwork you fill out is generally for insurance and patient responsibility of payment, you can understand what it is I am emphasizing here. After an extensive dialogue, we proceeded to discuss testing and possible treatments. Dr. Shalomov made it a very pleasant experience. I am happy to say I feel 1000% better! I moved to nyc from California 4 months ago, it was hard for me to find a good gastroenterologist, after visiting a few I realized that dr. Shalomov is my guy. He is exactly what I was looking for, caring, attentive, sweet, and most importantly knowledgeable. He has put me at ease, and I feel fantastic. His staff is extremely organized and friendly. I rate dr Shalomov 💯

Mr.Albert is very Good Doctor, he takes the time to listen to your concerns, symptoms, and, super attentive and explain the treatment properly. Dr. Shalomov goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed and taken cared of your question & concern.His office is also very clean. He sees his patient as a patient not a client, highly recommended.

Best GI in the city! after visiting so many physicians, Dr. Shalomov was the only doctor who was able to find the problem and provide a solution. So thankful to him. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took his time. Treated me like a person and was very respectful. I highly recommend this doctor.

Wished that I had received better care. After struggling with GI issues for 2 years from taking a course of strong antibiotics. I was hoping that Dr. Shalomov would be the answer after reading his reviews. However, my apt with him was quick only lasting around 15 mins and in the apt he only gave me the advice to lose weight and eat more fiber, even though I have been struggling with this issues at a lower weight. When I mentioned other digestive issues that I struggles with he brushed it off with "Oh, you struggle with that too?" and then sent me on my way. Wished I had received the same intensive and glowing care others did but I didn't and I am not sure why. I am honestly so disappointed.
