Dr Ng is great. I went to him yesterday for my recurring lower back pains. He listened and spent time to teach me various stretches to ease pains and strengthen my core. He explained to me which part of my body is to be trained. A lot of patients might have known how to stretch but only copy the form ,not work on exact muscles. Dr. Ng did tell which part is to stretch.👍 He gave me a thorough examination which a lot of PTs don't do unforfounately. I will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

This is Lisa Solano. I'm so sorry that NG could not treat me any longer but for the few years I have been his patient, he has been wonderful. His calm demeanor and bedside manner really put me at ease anytime I went. I'm so greatful, Dr Ng changed my life truly and I'm in a better place today than the first time I saw him. God bless this doctor for all of his days. Wait time is short, of course there are busy days but never ever more the a half hour. Thanks to the great staff as well.

Very polite, pleasant doctor, for Physical therapy he know what he is doing but for drug addiction, he should create time plans , tapper plans and suggest therapy fro addiction for patient and not to keep them long-term drug medication, and I mean 2/3 years. Staff can be rude at times, mostly nice. Well we all have bad days. This doc has patience to listed and and he will comply with you request, but will not offer to start tap-paring drug medication, that's what bother me the most. How many years should i take subs, or methadone. I was not heave ally addicted period. 4 weeks of sub could have ended my visits and safe money.

Im sorry but if you’re an elderly and don’t speak either Chinese or English, its going to be hard to communicate with the therapist or the assistants. They lack empathy, as the other day I witnessed an old man on his 80’s was told to get on the bed and than left to the next patient. The only therapist who helped him up the bed was Dr. Alan, the assistants seem to avoid to accommodate the clients.

In the process along with 11 more of his past patients, of suing Dr. Alan Ng for negligence. If interested please email me and I will put you in touch with our lawyer, Mr.Bodner who is currently looking for more ex-patients.This doctor thinks it is just fine to stop certain medications when it is NOT OK. Certain medications cause seizures and or death if the dose is dropped or just stopped all together. Going from 15mgs to 1mg without notice is not ok. He does NOT understand that ALL MEDICATIONS are NOT the same and is causing seizures by just taking people off of certain medications.
