Dr. Goldenberg and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable, as well as being easy to speak with, taking time to answer questions and explain procedures. Also, I'm almost always taken in on time which is rare in the medical world!

Billing dept has overcharged me on more than one occassion and padded the bill on several occasions as I am on a high deductible insurance plan. A particular physician assistant was the one to pad the bill for no reason other than to get more money from the insurance company. Dr G appeared to me to be more interested in getting me in a study panel instead of answering my questions about an abnormal lab result. His bedside manner was horrific and glib in his 'diagonosis'. He scared me with his words and only wanted me to sign up for this study and the rest of my visit was based on this. The next day l declined to join based on his behavior in not dealing with my questions regarding the abnormal lab result. I got more answers from the internet than I did with him.

I have not had an issue with Dr Albano himself, but the office does not know how to bill whatsoever. I have been going here for nearly a year and I've been double charged each time though I gave my co-pay day of. When I called their outside billing company to rectify the issue, they nastily argued with me that it was billed under preventative, which is impossible because I have 4 different medical issues that count it as not PREVENTATIVE since I already have it. Called my insurance and they told me the exact same thing. I got the medical codes from them to prove my point and called the office. In my year coming here, it's a PAIN IN THE ASS to make an appointment because NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Literally 90% of the time, it goes to voicemails--even for appts!! I left a message for the office manager to call me back to discuss this and she called, but I missed the phone call. I called back the next day, and now it's been nearly 1.5 weeks since I've heard back. The extra $60 I've given them isn't even worth trying to get back at this point. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! It's mostly young staff who don't know their ass from a hole in the ground apparently. Stay away from here for your bank account's sake.
