My family and I have been seeing Dr. Iswara for over 15 years. He is the kind of Doctor that everyone hopes to have. He is kind, caring and very professional. I honestly can't say ENOUGH nice things about him. AND he gets the job done!

horrible horrible patient service. I had called in earlier regarding my fathers medication , my pharmacy had called to inform that a medication of his is not being covered and would need prioritization. As soon as I called I was put on a 10 minute hold , after which a extremely rude and nasty women who had a attitude picked up the phone. As I explained to her that my father needs this medication urgently for his colon!!!! she began raising her voice in a rude manner and kept asking for which one it was exactly not giving me second to even say the name. I tried informing over her sighing and huffing that the pharmacy had been trying to reach out for days in regards to this medication. She kept denying it and still refused to look through my fathers chart and help me find the medication. she rudely hung up. HORRIBLE front desk. Higher better staff !!!!! I called at 10 am so it couldn't have been they were rung out from the day. Still no one is helping with my fathers medicine . If anything happens to him god forbid , i will sue this place. Just disgusting . Was expecting better from a medical facility ...
