Regardless of how good the doctors are the wait is unreasonable! The amount of time I wasted here was so unfair, once I finally got to the doctor he barely cared to examine me and rushed through the entire process. I don’t feel like I want to continue going and I’ve been going there for many years. Very disappointed.

Horrible doctor office you literally sit their for three to four hours to call you in when you Appoitment time is like 10 am and your waiting their literally for that long. But associated even if they call you in you still wait like two to three hours for the doctor to come into the room 😑. Not only that the lab work on the fourth floor the quest diagnostic the nurses they really don’t know how to do their job , the first thing they need to make sure is your ID card and insurance card and they don’t do that at times so be careful they don’t wrongly charge you guys!

Horrible service you go there you wait forever even if you have an appointment. The doctor himself just blows you off doesn’t really pay attention to anything that you have to say. The receptionist and the people that work there don’t understand when you ask information or questions they transfer you back-and-forth. I find that this doctor is so unqualified and really just talks but does not give his patients the care that is really needed. My mother went into the office she had pneumonia the doctor did not even check or take out his stethoscope to listen to my mothers heart or lungs the result being that my mother is now in the hospital with pneumonia she’s almost .I really wholeheartedly advise anyone to go see any other doctor but do not bother with this doctor

Unfortunately my father was unable to meet with the doctor. This review is based on one of the staff members that works in his office. Dealing with irate or upset patients should be something that every client facing individual should have some semblance of training. She was rude and childish - eventually I spoke to a young lady Luz who had a more even keel personality and knew what she was doing. Uncertain if I want to send my father here now.

Horrible staff & service. I honestly feel for the folks of my community who have no other choice but to go here. One can only wish that Dr.Sosa one day decides to have his staff reflect the great level of service and care that he gives. (That is - after you wait 4-5 hours in the waiting room to see him)
