I could not ask for a better experience with a new doctor. After my long time doctor retired, I was forced to find a new one. I put it off for a year and finally made the decision to go in today. The entire staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. The doctor was informative and thorough. I have found my new PCP!

Nothing to do with this doctor but what my friend experienced just now on the phone is shocking. We are 2 years into Covid and because she has a cough they won’t let her come into the office for a sick visit. Among the other symptoms they aren’t letting patients come in for are fever, diarrhea, shortness of breath and itchy throat. They said she could go to urgent care. Horrible.

not a good experience. The front staff doesn’t quite know what they are doing. The person who drew my blood blew 2 veins, and then told me they never draw blood but the phlebotomist left already so they were “trying”. Finding a new dr!

Dr. Henner is fine, but the office and receptionst are awful. It's a shame - but I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE. Especially because this office won't see anyone with any single symptom - apparently they're under the impression the only illness that exists right now is Covid and only offer "virtual visits". Go to a REAL doctor's office. You're welcome.
