She is very experienced doctor & well mannered & best nutritionist i have ever seen.She knows how to deal with the patient & how to convince pts.Im losing my weights now for her advice. Best nutritionist ever.

Before I had my appointment with Dara Bergen I read all 200 reviews of her from other clients...All were very positive. When I arrived I was greeted by the nicest women at the front desk,Frances..So charming and sweet... I then met a new nutritionist Meg who just started working there.. Another nice and excellent vibe woman... My time with Dara Bergen was just like all the other reviews wrote,very attentive to your personal needs she plans your very own meal plan that caters to each individual. Mrs Bergen asks for your last blood work so she could determine the best way she can help you be more healthy and reach your goals.. She sent me home with a meal plan and life plan for each meal and snacks.. I plan to stay with Ms Bergen since I was very impressed with her energy and knowledge to help me live a more healthy life...

I did not have to wait long at all. Ms. Bergen was absolutely wonderful. She listened to everything I said, made her assessment and developed a custom nutrition plan for me. I highly recommend her and Forest Hills Wellness.

I cannot speak more highly of the help I received from this office. I first starting coming into the office because I struggling with unhealthy eating patterns and have a family history of diabetes and cholesterol. I always felt hungry but was somehow gaining weight and didn't know how to get better. With their help I lost and have now maintained a weight loss of 27+ pounds and I'm now a healthy bmi and lead an active life. I worked specifically with Meg and couldn't recommend her more!

Dara Bergen was great she looked at my blood results and told me exactly what I have to eat and what foods I have to stay away from. I definitely recommend her!!!!
