Absolutely love Wheeler Med Spa! I had my first visit with them 10/13/2025 and received a lip plump by the owner Adrienne. Immediately I felt welcomed into the space by the sweet girl at the front, Trinity! The Med Spa is also very cute and stylish, lots of pink and chic decor, yet very relaxing and comfortable. Adrienne was very thorough and clearly very experienced with what she does. I felt comfortable during the whole procedure and she explained everything to me very well. I was very satisfied with the finished product and still absolutely love the results now! Highly recommend Wheeler Med Spa for any of your aesthetic or beauty needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WORTH THE READ — I PROMISE! I got my lips done by Addie over 2 years ago and STILL haven’t needed a touch-up because she did such a phenomenal job. Emily also does my Botox and she’s the sweetest — so knowledgeable and genuinely cares. A++ all around! 🫶🏻 Why I love Wheeler Med Spa👄 1.) They are truly skilled at what they do. I went in with migrated lip filler, and I’d been told by several other places that what I wanted “wasn’t achievable” because of a flat, tight spot on my lip that wouldn’t allow filler, plus one lip that curls under. Addie looked at me and basically said, “Girl, they’re just not using the right technique.” She dissolved my old filler, brought me back two weeks later, and I showed her inspo pics — hoping for something close. Y’ALL… she didn’t just get close. She NAILED it. Better than I ever could’ve imagined. I’m still obsessed 😍 I’ll probably go back soon just for a tiny touch-up! 2.) It’s painless — seriously. Whatever numbing magic they use is top-tier. I hardly feel a thing. 👌🏻 3.) The staff is the sweetest. Everyone there is kind, fun, and so welcoming. The vibe is amazing every single visit. 🫶🏻

I had the best experience at this adorable medspa! Emily was my injector and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She’s so sweet, personable, and took the time to really listen and work with me on exactly what I wanted, without rushing the appointment!! I couldn’t be happier with my results and highly recommend her! 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back😍

My visit today exceeded all expectations. Lyric was absolutely wonderful. Her years of knowledge paired creativity were complimented professionalism. I have been receiving these services for many years and have yet to find a provider comparable since moving here. I will continue to work with Lyric for all my future maintenance. Ill also add that the spa its self seemed to be very well ran.

I hate to give this place a 3/5 stars because the staff was truly wonderful. This was my first time here, but not my first time getting a diamond glow facial (I have had about 40) and I have never had such pain and markings on my face. While getting it done it felt like my lady was going over and over the same spot, I could feel it getting raw on my face during the facial however I kept my mouth quiet trying to find an understanding. We might need a little more technique practice or teaching because it’s day 4 and I still have people at work asking what’s wrong with my face. Not the feeling or statements you want to have after spending all that money on a facial. Day one to day four photos.
