It was a good experience and very fast

I recently had my lips done by Jenny at Wellness Med Art, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jenny was so professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. My lips look so natural and beautiful—exactly what I wanted! During my consultation, the office manager, Ethel, also recommended that I consider their new laser hair removal service. I've been thinking about doing laser for a while but was always a bit hesitant, especially since I've heard mixed reviews about whether it really works. But after my amazing experience with the lip procedure, I'm seriously considering trying the laser treatment here. If it's anything like their other services, I know I'm in good hands!

I had just moved to the area and had a great experience! The nurses and staff were very friendly and well informed! As someone who worked in a med spa previously, I think they do a great job! Just waiting for the Botox for my TMJ to fully kick in, but I have no doubt it will!

I went in for a Myers IV drip that I purchased using a Groupon, and was able to get a same-day appointment, which was very helpful, being that I was experiencing muscle aches and fatigue for the past two days. I arrived early and was able to be seen ahead of my appointment. Everything was perfect up until that point. I had told the nurse who helped me that it was my first time getting an IV drip and the reasons why I am. She didn’t walk me through the process, and I had to compensate by asking questions. She then told me that the Myers cocktail is just B12, which is only slightly true. The cocktail is supposed to also consist of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin C. I have reason to believe I was shortchanged and mostly only given B12. She added a little magnesium for me, only after I told her about my muscle ache and fatigue, though the Myers cocktail should already have that inside. I did feel a little more energy and increased focus afterwards, but that’s all but dissipated by the same evening. So just a heads up to anyone else coming in for an IV drip — you might get ripped off. I was also left in the room after the iv bag was done dripping for almost 10 minutes and the nurse had asked me why I didn’t yell out, to which I ask: why didn’t you check on me like it is YOUR JOB to? To add a crucial note about sanitation as well, the nurse had ripped off the glove portion of her index finger so she could do a “little trick” she learned in school (when inserting the needle) and I expressed concern over the germs that might be on her finger and under her fake nails. She dismissed my concern and said that “bacteria already lives on the skin.” I’m 100% sure this is the first time anyone who works in the medical field would not use a glove around needles and a patient, so I’m shocked about the lack of professionalism and care for my safety and health. The experience didn’t make me feel welcomed, safe, reassured, and comfortable in the slightest.
