Viva Day Spa + Med Spa

Such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we came for a Valentine's signature massage which was great. Loved the lounging area, we got it all to ourselves and got to unwind with complimentary tea and champagne. The showers were also great and very clean. I wish I could have taken home the robe, I've never worn something more plush! I will say, you do have to book the lounge area and showers in advance. I find it odd that they don't tell you when booking, we had friends come that didn't even get offered robes because you have to ask for every small detail so that's something to keep in mind. Had we not had questions about any other amenities, our experience would have been such a disappointment as they are not amenities based. Parking was very easy and the lockers were very easy to use.

My experience at Viva Day spa was exceptional. And I am a stickler for these kinds of things but when I say WOW! It was amazing from start to finish. Everything was clean & very inviting. I was greeted warmly by the front desk & then escorted upstairs. Once I got off the elevator, someone else was waiting to take me to the changing area. The ambience was absolute perfection. I changed into my robe & was then escorted to the relaxation room which was heavenly! I enjoyed cucumber water & tea before being taken to my infrared sauna session which was about 30 mins. A fresh glass of cucumber water was waiting for me in the sauna. My massage, body wrap, scalp massage & hand & foot treatment were all pure bliss. My husband booked the Delicious Spa package for me as a birthday gift. My massage therapist was Alma & I can’t say enough wonderful things about the whole visit. I can’t wait to go back again!! Highly recommend!

Finally got a chance to check this place out after hearing good things. I scheduled a facial with Lauren and she was amazing! The customer service was great overall. The spa is very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be coming back here and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a great spa!

I visited the new Viva Day/Med Spa in Dallas and was blown away. The space is absolutely stunning! Modern, calming, and full of thoughtful details. The entrance wall alone feels like an architectural masterpiece, and the convenient parking right outside is a huge plus. I got a massage and added the Mind Sync, which was the perfect blend of massage, meditation, and deep relaxation. My body, mind, and energy all felt completely refreshed. Shoutout to Tabatha, my massage therapist, she was incredible and even helped relieve a pinched nerve I’ve been dealing with. And thank you to Blake for the warm, informative tour of both the spa and med spa. I wrapped up my visit in the cozy star room, and honestly could’ve stayed all day. This place deserves 10 out of 5 stars. I can’t wait to go back!

Was really hopeful to try the new Viva day spa location in Dallas. I Booked 90 min massage service early January for Valentine’s Day as an treat to self and received a call less than 24 hours from my appointment that the masseuse is no longer available offering a facial at that time instead. I was super disappointed. However the manager Blake called me personally and was able to get me in the following week and I had an amazing experience!! The spa itself is absolutely stunning and the best self care. Hope provided the best massage service that I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be back!
