Glady’s is amazing, not only is she a miracle worker at making my wrinkles disappear. She’s beyond kind and welcoming. I’ve never bruised and don’t even feel the injections. I’d recommend her to anyone needing an experienced light handed NP.

I am a bit new to the Med Spa experience and was nervous going in. I have been in 3 times now and Gladys is amazing. Her bedside manor is wonderful. She remembers details and is great at answering questions, as well as reccomending course of action based on desired goals while keeping budget in mind. Honestly I am not sure how I was fortunate enough to find Vital Aesthetics but I can not be anymore pleased with Gladys and the rest of the staff that I have come into contact. If you are exploring med spa treatments or a skincare regimen I definitely reccomend them.

I highly recommend the Nurse Practitioner Jess. She spent so much time with me, answered all my questions. She went through a detailed health questionnaire and made me feel so comfortable. Some of these med spas try to upsell you but she didn't pressure me to get anything else. I will definitely be back. updated: 7-14-25 I love the hormone replacement here that is bioidentical, let me tell you, it makes you feel like your 25 again! For men, they do TRT which is Testosterone replacement therapy! Men can feel like they are a young stud lol (no more blue pills that can give your man a heart attack!) I want to try doing the PRP for scars and hair loss next, then Micro needling, which works amazing results. They do Botox too. The weight loss program that I seen the results like no other plan out there!
