I had a potenza treatment done on my face and I am very happy and satisfied with The results and was very pleased with the staff. My treatment nurse Misty was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had no problem answering any question or doubt that I had and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for an amazing nurse. The rest of the staff was fantastic and I would highly recommend this location for any procedures anyone would like done.

Came here for laser and had a wonderful experience. Misty is highly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She was training a staff member who was also very nice. They make you feel very comfortable. She was able to catch early signs of spider veins and recommended a treatment plan. Misty also told me about the other services at the spa including Hydrafacials and Botox. I love that they have injectibles here as well.

I got a platinum hydrafacial with Dolores yesterday and very happy with the results! No redness, irritation or allergic reaction the next day! She really knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable in skincare. My skin is glowing and looks amazing :) The whole staff is so sweet ahd helpful. Location is great too since there is free parking which is almost impossible to find in Los Angeles. Interior is cutely decorated. I would 100% recommend them and 100% will be going back!

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am. I got there at 10:20am. I rang the doorbell 4 times and called the "doctor". At 10:50am the "coordinator" said they can't actually speak to anyone and told me to wait. Meanwhile no one ever showed up and helped me. You should read the other low reviews! No solution was offered
