I’ve had an excellent experience at Velvet Crush Lab. I get the Pampered Papi Facial with Isabel, and the results have been a drastic improvement in my skin. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, skilled, and thorough. She takes her time explaining what she’s doing and why, and it truly shows in the results. My face looks and feels noticeably better after each visit. Alexandria, the owner, personally met with me to discuss possible treatment options. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain recommendations without any pressure. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of care provided. Ava at the front desk is always pleasant to speak with, very accommodating, and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy, and she consistently works around my needs, which I really appreciate. Isabel did an amazing job with my Get It Right Get It Tight Facial, Lash Lift and Tint, and Brow Tint and Shape. I was nervous about having my eyes taped shut but Isabel made the experience so much better and talked me through everything. I was so relaxed and will be back to get monthly facials.
