The Injection Room

So happy with my experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was professional and welcoming, and I was greeted warmly at the front desk. My consultation was thorough and reassuring, and my provider, Barbie, was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly phenomenal. I felt completely confident in her expertise. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them for neurotoxin treatments. Loved the overall aesthetic too.

Love love love Jyall! She is so knowledgeable and honest when it comes to injectables. I swear she has magic hands because my results last so long with her. Not only is she great at what she does but genuinely kind and has such a warming presence. Also, toxin Thursday is my favorite day of the week forever!!

Today I saw Ashley for my lip filler. I can say she listened to my past experiences with filler and the little nuances I noticed with my lips. While Ashley was doing her amazing work, she had me look to make sure I was happy with the placement. I encourage anyone that gets work done on their face to do your own research, so you can ask specific questions and address any concerns. Thank you Ashley for taking care of me and listening. 💕

I have gotten filler and neurotoxins at the injection room 3 times before but this time I made the mistake of going to a different medspa for my touch-ups because I had been seeing negative reviews of the injection room lately on social media... I highly regret that decision. I have honestly never had a negative experience at the Injection room. I always feel in good hands and comfortable. Sometimes I'll suggest I want toxin or filler in a new area and they will straight up tell me no and I APPRECIATE that! It shows me that the medspa doesn't just care about money, they genuinely want you to get the best and most natural looking results. Unfortunately, this other clinic that I went to (near the health science center) didn't even look at my medical history or discuss it at all, didn't have me sign the appropriate document beforehand, tried to upsell me on every thing, told me to get a bunch of stuff done that I knew I didn't need, didn't listen to me about what I wanted, and ended up overcharging me for something I could've gotten done for a fraction of the price and with a much more comfortable experience had I just gone to Injection room like I usually do. Compared to that experience, Injection Room is truly a gem. I learned my lesson and will be sticking with Injection Room from now on! Another thing that I want to note, a lot of people have commented on the "asking for tips" thing, but all other med spa's that I have been to or inquired about also ask for tips, I think it's just a normal thing for med spa's, but not derm clinics... Just know it's 100% optional.

Chelsey was amazing! The confidence she brought in me is beyond words ❤️ cuz of my cleft lip my insecurities about my face and lips have always been there. I grew to love myself but learning and researching lip filler treatment suddenly became a thing I wanted to do. I was super nervous 😬 I was going to ask her if she had done any cleft lips and I was so happy to hear her tell me she had 🥹🫶 I immediately knew I was in good hands and trusted her in her description of how she was going to put the needle. I LOVE the results! ❤️
