I’ve been going to TAM since Stephanie was in a tiny office room, and I’ve stayed loyal for over a decade. I now live in Rochester and happily make the 45-minute drive because it is 100% worth it. Every single person here is incredible. I always joke that I need to book an appointment just to get life updates from everyone, that’s how much I adore this team. Dana is my go-to for Botox!! She is the most down-to-earth person ever and always makes me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. If you’re considering lasers, go see Kelsey!! She makes the entire process feel easy, gives thoughtful recommendations, and is genuinely so fun to talk to. I’m obsessed with TAM and the people who make it what it is!!

I had such a great experience at The Aesthetic Method! Kelsey. She does my Moxi treatments, is absolutely amazing. She’s so comforting, and easy to talk to. It honestly feels like I’m just catching up with a friend during my appointments. She makes the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable every time. The front desk team is also wonderful. super kind, organized, and welcoming. I especially love how easy it is to book appointments through text. It makes everything so convenient with my busy schedule. I had the best experience getting a brow lamination and dermaplaning with Kelsey! She is incredibly thorough and so sweet to talk to. I’ve been getting my brows laminated every 6–8 weeks since they started offering the service, and this is by far the longest-lasting brow lamination I’ve ever had. I added dermaplaning this time and my skin feels so smooth and glowy. Will definitely be adding it to every visit from now on! Highly recommend Kelsey and TAM!
