I recently saw Delaney, DNP, for Botox, lip filler, and chin filler, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns, answering every question thoroughly and thoughtfully. I had never considered chin filler before, but Delaney explained how it could help balance my facial features, and she was absolutely right. She is incredibly meticulous, has a gentle touch, and takes great pride in her work. As someone with limited experience in aesthetic treatments, I was hoping for natural and subtle results. I barely had to explain what I wanted, Delaney has such a great aesthetic eye and just knows what looks best. I trust her completely. On top of that, the entire team at Lily is warm and welcoming, and the office is clean and beautiful.

I came here for a Hydrafacial and booked Lily Signature Hydrafacial and dermaplaning add-on. The space is beautiful and I was greeted by front desk. He offered me a drink and I chose Bubly sparkling water. The facial it self was good. I liked that Rose asked if I wanted manual extraction. I feel like not many do manual extraction anymore especially with a Hydrafacial. At the end I asked about the dermaplaning facial and what's all included in that. Then told her I initially booked that and canceled and decided to book it as an add-on instead. She said the Luxe Hydrafacial includes dermaplaning and she could get front desk to update that for me. I assumed she had my best interest in mind and the change would be cheaper. I paid and left feeling happy about the service and staff. However I checked the receipt after I got home and Luxe Hydrafacial is actually more expensive than Signature Hydrafacial + dermaplaning add-on. Luxe is $275 and Signature + dermaplanning add-on is $245 (Signature Hydrafacial $195 and dermaplaning add-on $50). Austin contacted me and explained that I received booster and LED therapy, which is $50 each, and that's why Luxe is the better value. I did receive the extra services but I wasn't asked if I wanted those added on for an additional charge. I said I was okay with paying for what I received but Austin wanted to make sure I was happy and offered to credit the difference on my account to use next, refund the difference or even get a free facial for next time. I chose a refund for the difference. In the end I paid what I was expecting and my skin looks great, so overall I'm happy.

Worth the drive from downtown Dallas!! Absolutely adore the Lily Medspa team. Their new office is beautiful & pristine, with the most lovely staff. Their prices are truly unbeatable, especially for the exceptional job each professional here does! I’ve been seeing Kelsi for years now, and she is truly the BEST. An expert in her craft, I must say. I have several friends who now see her, too!

I recently visited Lily Aesthetics & Wellness for my Dysport & Sculptra injections with Delaney, DNP. Delaney is incredibly skilled, detail oriented, and truly knows how to enhance your natural beauty without making you look overdone. She walked me through every step, made sure I felt comfortable, and answered all of my questions with so much patience and knowledge. I experienced barely any discomfort with the injections and woke up the following morning with zero bruising. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her patients, she’s the one.
