Amazing. I had an uncomfortable experience getting tear trough filler years ago by a different provider, and this deterred me from getting it done again. I finally decided the problem was bad enough that I need to get over my fear and seek a new provider. From scheduling to after care, they did NOT miss a beat. Very informative, very welcoming, very comfortable. Another thing that I loved is how transparent their pricing and treatment plan was. The setting is super luxurious, and they even accommodated me with a stroller and toddler in tow. When I came in for my procedure, they remembered me telling them about an event last time and several staff members asked me how it went! Ceci was my injector and made the whole thing so comfortable. They have an assistant in with you during treatment, and they provided me with comfort and sensory items to help distract from any pain (which was very minimal). Amazing bedside manner. I will be back in two weeks to get touch ups, which is customary, but am already pleased with my results (I added in Botox too, which I am already seeing amazing results with). They also had another provider go through your chart with you prior to service, ensuring clinical appropriateness and minimizing risks or errors. Really top notch place.

I am an existing patient at SLK and continue to have great experiences. I was nervous before my first Xeomin treatment, but Jennifer put me at ease right away. She is knowledgeable and confident. My wrinkle results looked smooth and natural. I returned for Juvederm in my lips and a ViVace treatment and loved those results too. The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in. I feel comfortable and cared for every visit. I highly recommend SLK and Jennifer.

As a male getting Botox for the first time, I was a little unsure, but Sarah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, walked me through every step of the process, and even stayed in contact with me afterward to check in. Leslie did my Botox, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She explained everything very thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The clinic has such a great vibe—clean, calm, and reassuring. I’m beyond happy with my experience and results, and I’ll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend SLK!
