I’m extremely disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Townsend today he was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I’ve gotten Fillers with him before , but I got Botox he dropped both of my eyebrows and eyelids . It looks like I’m squinting my eyes. Obviously this makes me feel uncomfortable. Even though this was inconvenience for me I went to a consultation with my concerns. His words were that it was not his problem my wrinkles or my drop eyes as a client, I’m confused because I believe we all go get fillers and Botox to make our appearance, wrinkles better and our face expressions too not to make us feel worse after paying those high prices . I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to Dr. Townsend since over the year He seems he’s getting tired and not enjoying his practice. I’m writing this review because I sincerely wouldn’t like anyone to feel how I felt today after my consultation it made me feel insecure and distress about my wrinkles and my drop eyes . I will post a picture, everyone can see the first picture is when my eyebrows are up and rise, and the other picture my eyebrows and eyelids are drop .
