At The Indy, you are greeted with both knowledge and compassion. Every appointment with Seana was thorough and considerate, and handled with genuine care. In the past, I reached out to other med spas but never felt comfortable enough to book; they seemed to lack warmth. From my very first call to The Indy, I immediately felt at ease and excited to schedule an appointment. During my facial treatments with Seana and my facial with Katie, I felt truly cared for and heard. Looking in the mirror now, I honestly feel like myself again. They are truly wonderful people. Not only do you leave feeling incredible, but you also get to spend time in a beautiful place with caring, intelligent, and professional individuals.

Danielle Brown is absolutely amazing at what she does & helping me on my skin care journey. I was absolutely clueless and she helped educate me. She showed me how to use the products. And she sent me with a very thorough regimen care plan. She even lets me check in with her periodically to make sure that everything that is going on with my skin is normal. 10 out of 10 recommend Danielle Brown and the Indy MedSpa!!! Can’t wait for my next visit.

I had a Deluxe Hydrafacial done by Katie and it was such a great experience. The space was clean, calming, and professional, and I felt comfortable the entire time. My skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowy afterward. You can tell they really care about what they do and about their clients. I met the owner Seana who was the nicest person and so welcoming! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I had the honor of receiving a Deluxe Hydrafacial from Katie. My skin is sensitive, acne prone and very difficult to work with. Katie was so well educated on what products to use and my skin did SO amazing with what she picked out. I was so relaxed while still being educated about what she was doing. She recommended so many good products i’ve been loving since! 10/10 recommend!!!

Has the BEST facial and dermaplaning from Katie! She is so knowledgeable and explained every step of the way to me. I felt relaxed and also comfortable to ask any questions about my facial. She was professional and fun! The space is also spacious and easy to access with plenty of parking.
