Sara was a bit harried and seemed rushed. She skipped over any introductions and initially treated me like I was a random return patient. Once we got passed that she did help answer some of my questions. Once we got started she seemed nervous, as a result I jumped a couple of time while she was injecting. I made some small talk with her and realized Sat is a one day commitment at FILD. If I had known, I may have scheduled with another injector. Someone who's there more frequently and can make a bit more time with the clients. Lastly, I asked about my neck. She said botox could help- but never mentioned that it was an additional cost, and not a cheap one. I went from spending $378 to spending another $420!! I wanted it done, but she never said a word about it costing so much more.

trap tox changed my life more than i ever could have imagined possible. fantastic results and the severe pain i had grown accustom to living with unknowingly was gone almost instantly. i cannot believe i was living with the pain of that much tension for so long. 10/10 recommend. also a great space & great staff.
