Restorative Injectables

I have so many good things to say about Restorative Injectables! From the customer service to the treatments I love it all. I also love that they don’t try to oversell or over fill. They are very honest and go for a natural look. A special shout out to Lacey who always takes care of me!

I had a wonderful experience at Restorative Injectables – the atmosphere was calming, the clinic was spotless, and the staff were extremely professional. Things that I loved: the relaxing ambiance. I was a complete mess and having the worst day, but they made it so much better. The practice is always pristine. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my Botox treatment. I recommend to everyone.

Be careful!!! My smile is crooked, my face looks ridiculous and I am out over $4,500! So here’s the back story! I had multiple procedures done back at the end of September including Botox, filler and Radiesse on my jaw line and spent $3,400+. I noticed quickly that the Radiesse had created large lumps all down my jawline. Made me look like I had jawls more than a 49 year old woman should have. I called them and went back in to which they told me there was no way to dissolve and in order to hide it they would add more filler to mask the lumps. When done it looked absolutely ridiculous and so they added even more filler into my chin. I went to leave and was told my bill was $1,400+. Wait, what? To mask what was not right? I mentioned that did not seem fair to have to pay even more to fix what I had paid to be done right in the first place to which I was told they would tell the owner. Week later, no call. Now I’m noticing my lips is completely crooked. Called and ask to speak to the owner. She called. Told me to go back in. Went again. They ran an electric wand over my face saying it’s probably the muscles that are being pulled from the filler!!! They were kind enough to not charge me for this. Did not work. Told me to come in yet again. I work, am busy and 3 times is more than enough when they clearly can’t fix it and have only made it worse so never went back in. They called once and nothing ever again not from the owner who assured me she would look into it, not from anyone. My smile is crooked, I have a weird time pronouncing words with S (literally) sounds slurred. Went to see someone else who told me the Radissee should have been applied using a cannula and that too much was applied in one spot causing it to migrate together. I’ve had Radisse before and did not have this issue. So please be careful. I’m out over $4,500 and am walking around with the lower half of my face looking like something is wrong with me!!
