Beyond wonderful service! I’m always running late, and she always accommodates me. She helps me through my low pain tolerance and makes me feel safe and welcomed the results are crazy amazing!! After my 4 rd session, I didn’t need to shave anymore!! Results are well worth the pain and money! And it’s not even expensive. Great prices and great service 👏 I love coming here! Where do I start!? I love, love, love park slope laser aesthetics. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the two wonderful ladies in front. Had an amazing consultation with Hansa, who by the way is so welcoming. I love the fact that I get not one but two text reminder. As a working mom of 2 these reminders are really important. Anyways the machine that park slope laser aesthetics uses is state of the art. As a black women a lot of these lasers are only good for fairer women, however I went there for stretch marks removal and I’m going on my third treatment and I can already see results. I finally found a place where I don’t need to feel embarrassed when getting treatments.

Avoid at all costs. I went for Coolsculpting. First, they use pressure sell tactics to sell the Coolsculpting patches in the first place. I wanted to try the process and after I talked them down from 5 patches, they sold me on getting 3 at around $600 each. Yikes. The technician was nice, but Coolsculpting is not as advertised AT ALL. I had one session and used only 1 patch and nearly passed out in their office because of the pain. I also had tingling, pain and numbness for over a month after the session, plus on top of all that, it did nothing at all with respect to fat reduction. I have been calling this business for a refund for the unused patches for 6 weeks, and the owner won’t even give me the decency of a call back. The manager just continues to claim they don’t have the power to issue a refund and continues to offer me more Coolsculpting or other sessions. I get it - no refunds if someone just changes their mind, but this is not the case. I was literally seeing stars. Further, I know the business pays for the patches, but again, I didn’t use the patches, so I don’t see why they can’t issue a refund other than pure greed. They don’t care about their customers or about being a good business in the community. I want nothing to do with this business. They scammed me out of $1200+, and I would never ever have expected the experience to go this poorly. I really didn’t want to write this review, but they leave me no choice.
