I was super impressed with my experience at OC Aesthetic Med Spa! First, the office was clean and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I chose the acne subcision for my acne scars. Xanthia was great. She was gentle and the entire experience was pleasant, not painful. I appreciated how she explained what she was doing and used terms that a non-medical professional could understand. What really impressed me was that not once did she try to upsell me on services or products, unlike other med spas. She made recommendations using everyday household items, not pricy products. I thought my scarring was severe and would need additional services to make it better, but she assured me that I only needed one session of subcision with follow-up microneedling appointments. She only made necessary recommendations and didn't try to convince me to opt for other services. It's only been a few days since I had my appointment and I haven't had my microneedling session done yet, so I can't state that my scars are gone yet. However, I was impressed with the prices and the service I received and recommend this place to anyone looking to alleviate their skin woes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great experience here with microneedling + subcision. Xanthia is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was nervous going in (especially about subcision), but it honestly didn’t hurt — she numbs really well and explains everything clearly. You can tell she’s highly experienced and truly cares about results without upselling unnecessary treatments. I drove out from LA and it was totally worth it--pricing felt very fair for the level of care and expertise. I felt safe, listened to, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My current go to med spa for everything! I cannot recommend it enough. I come here for acne scar treatments and filler. My skin has looked so much better since I found this place and Xanthia is a seriously skilled injector. She does the best lip filler ever, she doesn’t just blow my lips up like other injectors but takes her time and makes them look as natural, plump and pretty as possible. Thank you Xanthia!! 10/10.

I had the picosure laser done on my face to adress hyperpigmentation. Xanthia treated me and she is just wonderful I expressed my concerns about my problem areas and I def felt seen and heard and comfortable right away. She specifically targeted those areas. Most of these Med Spa's don't listen or care but go here she will take care of you. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly.. Xanthia doesn't treat you like a number I appreciate that! Will be back for many more treatments. I highly recommend.
