Absolutely AMAZING!!! I did the Blue Butterfly treatment with lunch. The bath could have been a bit hotter but you can add your own hot or cold water so it was fine. Overall the bath was super relaxing and a great start to the session. Bree was my masuse and also did my facial. Highly recommend her! She found some problem spots and spent extra time on them with hot stones. I feel absolutely AMAZING!! I had the chicken salad for the lunch with a glass of wine and cheese cake for dessert. Everything was great!! Staff was super friendly!!!

Front desk staff are terrific, and I'm seeing Brittany Smith, APRN, for Hormone Replacement Therapy. Cannot say enough good things about her! She LISTENS. I was really scared about getting pellets (and hormones in general), as I researched and understood improper dosing effects. She heard me out, did all the bloodwork, gave me the options (pellets vs patches), and never tried to talk me into one versus the other. We decided on pellets, she went very conservative on initial dosing given my reservations, and it has been AWESOME. She really crunches all the numbers, weighs your concerns and feedback, customizes the treatment, and does a terrific job on the procedure - it just feels like a regular shot to me; not painful at all. I've had nothing but great results - it was like a miracle for my daily functioning. She continues to work with me on dosage adjustments as needed, remembers little details and bloodwork numbers that seem impossible, and she's like a little ray of sunshine - so positive, happy, and smiling! She is THE BEST!! Chrysalis has been so terrific for my family; my husband and daughter get NAD shots and IVs. It's a place we have come to rely on, and come in frequently. Truly don't know what I would do without them!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Chrysalis - we did the day package that included lunch. My biggest complaint is my the expectation that this was going to be a super sensual, couples experience (like Bathhouse Row in downtown Hot Springs). It wasn't like that at all, it felt very disjointed. HOWEVER, both the services and staff went above and beyond in all care aspects as this was truly a rejuvenating experience! Would highly recommend for all services (facials, massages, salt scrub, mud wraps, etc.), but if you are looking for a super sexy couples getaway, this wasn't quite the place! Again though, I want to reiterate, the team was wonderful!

Cheryl was fabulous!! Recommend 10/10. Unfortunately my husband (Scott) did not have a good experience wth Jose and it was his birthday.😢 Very nice guy but all he did was massage his back and the neck the whole time. 95% on his back. Just didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. We have had massages in several places in different cities across the US so we know what the usual is. My daughter and her husband (Alex and Taylor Kugler) had a good experience as well but did not know the name of people who did their massage.

This place is great! The Butterfly Pkg was the absolute best...the bath was just the right temperature...I wanted 10 more mins! Everyone was friendly & helpful. My massage was on point & highly recommend Kristela for your facials.
