Dr. Hopp and his entire team at Youthful MD Med Spa are absolutely incredible. Dr. Hopp is gentle, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Getting my non-surgical nose job with him has quite literally changed my life. I walk out of every appointment feeling confident, beautiful, and completely amazed at the results. His attention to detail and artistic eye are unmatched. The staff is just as wonderful — welcoming, professional, and so supportive. I can’t recommend Youthful MD enough!

I had my first laser hair removal treatment here and it was a great experience. Painless, quick, and great service. I was immediately taken in once I checked in, was explained the treatments, and got clear aftercare instructions. Gaby did my laser and she was super thorough and professional.

ONE YEAR ago I visited the Glendale location and I left a review displaying how unsanitary and weird the office is. It’s literally in the back of a chiropractor office, super small and crowded and simply not clean. Anyway, that was a whole different review so now one year later I decided to give them another try but at they Beverly H location since before I had a good experience and it’s clean. Well somehow I was paired with the same girl I complaint about one year ago. I drove one hour to this location for a fresh new experience and it was the same. Besides the fact that the experience was beyond uncomfortable, my face is super sore today (day after) and my eye lids are super puffy and pink. Bruised looking. I’ve been doing Botox on the same spots (forehead and cross feet) for ten years and this is the first time I wake up hurting and with swollen eyes. I read some reviews and it has happened to several people !!!! This is NOT OK. The discount is not worth it. Go somewhere with profesional workers, experience and pay the extra, it will be worth it. I will probably will have to go and see a doctor if my eyes don’t get better. I have to wear sunglasses until I look presentable for work. ——— Dr Hopps called me to make up a bunch of excuses as to why my eyes look the way they do. Then he said it’s an allergic reaction and to take Benadryl. Excuse me what ? The second picture is from the second day after getting Botox on my cross feet. How is this happening? Another day that I can not show up at work. I will be taking this matter further ! This is not okay, don’t risk yourself going there. ———- UPDATE after ONE week The third pic is my eyes still. It’s 4:23pm and I look like I just woke up with the worst bags under my eyes. It’s been like this the whole week. Not only I look awful but my friend who is an actual professional injector told me to consult with an attorney!!! Very concerning.

I have been coming to this med spa for a while due to the low pricing. Was never impressed with the quality of Botox (wears of very quickly in comparison to higher end med spas) but just did it for ease and convenience. Every time I showed up the front desk woman was extremely rude and arrogant. My most recent time I had an awful reaction where my bottom eyelid was inflamed. This was on a Monday. I followed up every day via text, email and calls and had no one even answer me until Friday. I received a call from the MD that oversees the new NPs injecting patients. He was rude, defensive and argumentative with me. Due to this experience; I have now been requesting a refund of my remaining credits for over month and they will not respond to. I would recommend going elsewhere due to quality of product and awful customer service. You can see others had similar experiences if you look up bad reviews.
