I’ve been getting Botox at Light Med Spa since March 2025 and have had a great experience thus far. Erica is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything at my initial consult and continues to answer all my questions along the way. I'm comfortable working with her, as she is honest in her personal and professional treatment recommendations, rather than trying to sell me on everything. My results always look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Erica and her team have been patient with me to use allé points and gift cards frequently, which I appreciate. Would recommend!

I had such a great experience at this LED hair removal place! The space is clean, welcoming, and super professional. The treatment was comfortable and surprisingly quick, and I’m already seeing smoother skin with less regrowth. What really made it stand out, though, was the owner Erika—so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in offering high-quality service. If you’re looking for effective LED hair removal in a place where you feel taken care of, this is it. Can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing experience! I’m really happy this spa finally opened. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and the services are top-notch. Anna is super friendly and truly cares about her clients. The contouring treatments and RF are incredibly effective — I noticed changes right away. Great value for the price. Five stars from me!

I literally just left my first appointment with Erica. Her whole energy really put me at ease as soon as we started talking. Shes kind, direct & real. We came up with a plan & im pretty sure everything she suggested I do will work wonders. Today I got the glutathione shot & it was quick & easy. It was my first time doing any injections or drips so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She seems pretty great though💕 definitely go book her for your beauty needs.

Absolutely love LIGHTMedSpa. I actually found them by chance to get laser treatments done but have also seen Erika for Botox and I’m super happy! The space has the most charming store front along pine street. The waitin area is just darling and always welcoming when you arrive. Treatment rooms are super cute and CLEAN! Total A+. I love the laser for hair removal they use cause it has a cooling mechanism built into it so there is no discomfort at all! My Botox is super! All in all, I highly recommend!!!
