She wasn’t pushy with treatments at all and genuinely listened to what I wanted instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. She walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and helped me achieve gorgeous, natural looking results. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the work she does. I booked a UltraClear laser consult with Abby and I was blown away by her warmth, presence, kindness, knowledge and how attuned she is. I spent almost an hour with her asking her questions and felt fully held, acknowledged, and like she had incredible options for me that were really in line with my objectives-services that she herself had received from her office within that same week. This is my third consult for this ‘project’ and when I walked out, I knew that Abby was absolutely the person I wanted to commission. She didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need like the level 3 coring (which an another office that I was highly considering did!) and was a resource for high end healing protocols/products as I recover from mohs surgery on my face and prep for laser here in a few weeks!! My first consult elsewhere with less advanced tech left me in tears. I walked out feeling discouraged, dismissed, and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously at all by a man who offered patriarchal energy that made me feel like a dumb damaged kindergartener. I am beyond thankful for these women and their talent, the technology they bring into our city and I couldn’t be more excited to commission them here in a few weeks! I went in for my final laser hair removal session on my legs and also had a brown spot laser treatment for my face. Abby was incredibly professional and went above and beyond—she gave me a heads-up before any stronger pulses or sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. I had this treatment last year as well and the results were amazing. I’m excited to watch my red and brown spots continue to fade and my leg hair disappear again. Highly recommend!
