Awesome! The office is beautiful and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and Dr Ferzli is a gem! The front desk support staff Garrett, Jordan and Lauryn were also super helpful with the many products offered at checkout and with rebooking my next appointment. I got vitamin C today to pair with my laser facial and am excited to see the results. Best dermatologist in nyc !!!

I’ve had such a pleasure getting treatments at Tribeca Medspa. I’ve gotten a few different treatments and they take such good care of their patients here- the staff is so knowledgeable and is there to support you through your healing journey from any of the treatments. I’ve been able to contact the providers via email for support on any questions which has been so helpful- I will continue to go to them because of how great their customer service has been. I had the best experience with Taryn throughout my Aviclear treatments and also had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Ferzli. I saw her for a medical consultation and she was so incredibly knowledgeable and took such great care of me. You can tell how much she cares for her patients and her dedication to helping them reach their goals. I highly recommend seeing her for any treatment session at Tribeca Medspa. Overall couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Laura did work on my chin. This was my first appointment and I was nervous, but Laura made me feel good. She advised well enough such that when I was confused I said I'll go with whatever you feel best and I'm really happy with the results. I can trust her with any treatment. She also checked up on me after my treatment, that's really good in case you are facing any issues.. Though I didn't face any issue 😁

Making an appointment via the website was very easy. The place is beautiful and clean and my wait time was not long at all. I also liked my skin assessment by my aesthetician Annie. She is knowledgeable and understood my concerns. My treatment was very relaxing and even though I had some extractions, it did not hurt. Of course, at the end of it all, the question is how does your skin look and feel? My skin looks and feels very very good and I am looking forward to my next appointment here with Annie!

I used to come here to see Alisha for facial and laser usually in the summer when I break out more, she did an amazing job on my skin and helped me to select the right product for my skin’s concern. However this summer she wasn’t available anymore unfortunately she moved back to her country :( I made an appointment with Alex, and the whole process was a let down. She didn’t seem to welcome me at first. And before the hydro facial, I expressed my concern on breaking out a lot more during summer, and ask her if she can picked a routine for me to follow, she said she would do that after the facial. During the hydro facial, she did not explain what kind of blend of serum she was using, didn’t explain anything at all. And while I asked her how I can get rid of the black head on my nose, she just said this was tricky but she didn’t know. At the end of the facial, I didn’t get any mask to cool down the extraction. She didn’t even try to put on sunscreen on me until I asked for it, and this is 90 degree outside. She didn’t walk me out and helped me to select any product or routines for my concern. With this price tag, you can get better service somewhere else. Overall a pretty useless facial
