House Nico - Botox Bar

I’m new to town and trying to find my forever medspa. I think this is the one! From the minute I walked in, I was very impressed. There were comfy couches for me to wait on and a beautiful mural on the wall from a local artist. Jessica, who was my nurse, listened to all of my concerns and offered her honest opinions (which I greatly appreciate!) and did not rush at all through my appointment. I also was offered complimentary Prosecco 🥰 finally, my neurotoxin kicked in after 3 days which is phenomenal and I love my results already!!! Thank you, House Nico! I will be back.

Such a great experience! Autumn did my injections and made everything feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and thoughtful, and the space is so cute and welcoming. All around wonderful visit. I’ll definitely be back!

absolutely IN LOVE with this place! Needed a last-minute lip flip and they accommodated me so well! I have Fear of needles and my nurse Walked me through every step!! Everyone there is so personable and nice. I just can’t wait to go back!! And on top of all that Their location is absolutely beautiful inside and out AND SO CLEAN!!! I would recommend house nico to anyone Who’s Looking For injections and literally anything!! Hoping to get my lips Again from them soon! I’m so obsessed!!!! I recommended it just so many of my friends and they all loved their experience there as well!❤️

I had a Botox session with Tori and it was the amazing. I have tried a few places since moving here from LA and have always been left disappointed. I started following House Nico on social media prior to their opening, and finally made an appointment for my birthday. I was hesitant after having some prior bad experiences at other places, but Tori was THE BEST. She was so funny, open, and communicative. I felt safe in her hands and also felt like I had made a new friend. My Botox turned out perfect and I have finally found a place to come to regularly! I recommend House Nico to all of my friends, new to Botox and seasoned. I'll be booking another appointment soon!

I previously left a 5-star review for this company. I had been going to this company for over 2 years. For what was supposed to be my most recent appointment, they contacted me via text message with less than 2 hours notice asking to reschedule. I had already taken time off of work and hired my nanny for my daughter for the time I was going to be out (as I live about 45 mins away). I still showed up to my appointment, but when I got there, the doors were locked. I tried calling the office a handful of times, but it seemed that no one was there (during both my appointment time and the office hours listed online). When I did finally hear back from them, it was several hours later. I had wasted over an hour and a half driving to and from their location just to be told I needed to come back a different day. They said we could reschedule and that they would speak to the owner about a discount for my next treatment and that they would get back to me. I never heard anything back. It's disappointing. I am a firm believer in brand loyalty, and it's unfortunate that I now feel inclined to find a new provider. I hope no one else runs into the same experience as me, but I wanted to share as a warning nonetheless.
