I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’ve had a variety of treatments over time, and every single visit has been exceptional. The aestheticians are top-notch—knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely invested in helping you look and feel your best. My skin looks and feels amazing. Recently, I decided to take the next step and try Sculptra after noticing deeper lines and some loss of volume in my face. I’m almost 55 and felt like I had lost that fresh, youthful look. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. My appointment was with Kim, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle, explained everything thoroughly, and was so professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. This is an investment—and when it comes to your face, trust is everything. I felt 100% confident in her care. I’m excited to see my results over the next few months and already know I made the right choice. Highly recommend this med spa to anyone looking for expert care and beautiful, natural results.

Long overdue review! I LOVE everyone at this location. Joanna always makes me feel at home and the estheticians are amazing. I've seen Gabby more recently but have had facials from Danielle and a couple others here. Every time I feel that my services are great. It's a woman owned local business and I feel lucky to have this spa close to my home in West Seattle.

Glow is literally my favorite place in Seattle - every time I step through the front door I feel so comfortable, and everyone is SO nice. Whether it’s getting a facial treatment (shout out to the BEST esthetician out there Gabby 🩷), or getting my lips injected (Hannah is the bomb.com), I always leave feeling great. I have been going here for years. It is amazing—from the front desk, to Hannah, who does my procedures. I never feel rushed, and she is always focused on the best results for me. I also love that she seems to keeps up with latest techniques. It’s always my little oasis when I get to stop in :)

Other spas, take notes! The team at Glow Medispa offer kind and realistic suggestions (as medical professionals should). This is a stark contrast to the high pressure sales that have seemingly become the norm these days in similar settings. The Glow team turns what, for most can be very uncomfortable treatments and conversations, into rather plesant experiences. Every time Ive been to their Kirkland spa, I come feeling nervous and negative & leave feeling confident in them AND in myself.
