I can’t recommend Elle Homme enough. I’ve been coming here for about six years for cosmetic treatments and maintenance — Botox, filler, facials, and the occasional massage — so I already trusted them completely.
I went in yesterday for my one-week post-op massage appointment after noticing I was about 15 pounds heavier than my surgery weight and experiencing leg swelling for the first time in my life. They reassured me it was water retention and treated me with lymphatic massage and cavitation, and it was easily the most amazing 90 minutes.
I left feeling noticeably lighter, and by this morning I was down just over four pounds of water weight. I’m incredibly grateful to have Elle Homme supporting me during my recovery and couldn’t recommend them more.

I did radiesse, Bellafill, and xeomin. Once a year treatment. I’ve tried other places but Elizabeth at ellehomme was the best I have experienced. She was a perfectionist and really cared about making me look my best. There was no pressure and she was easy to work with. I had to write a review because of how great my experience was. I was really have with the experience and the results. I’ll be use the exclusively going forward.

Elizabeth was super helpful at making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. I needed a pick me up and she was so kind while also professional and accommodating. After listening to my concerns and evaluating what I saw as some problem spots, she administered Dysport to a few different areas. She took extra time to explain what she was doing, as well as how and why it would be effective at addressing my concerns. Nurse Elizabeth made me feel like I was a valued patient, and not just a customer that she needed to get out the door, which I truly appreciate so much.

WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Practices, Incomplete Services, Not Providing Informed Consent of Treatments
I had a consultation with Elizabeth Rodriguez, the owner and service provider, in October for a thorough treatment plan and it sounded good. In early November, I paid thousands for a series of Morpheus8 Body treatments. Elizabeth scheduled me at the Damen location that does not have Body Tool.
She instead, without telling me, used the cheaper Face Tool (21 needles, blue, 2mm-4mm depth capability) that cannot penetrate as the Body tool does (40 needles, black, up to 8mm depth). During the treatment, she stated that she needed an additional payment to actually complete the areas I had already paid her for, claiming she “ran out of pulses.”
When I pushed back after founding out she used the wrong tool (the smaller tool that could not deliver the results of the more expensive Body Tool treatments I paid her for), she admitted she’d scheduled me at the wrong location that didn’t even have the right tool. I questioned if this was
fraud because she is the owner and she has to know where her machines are and which one she is using. She offered to fix it, and adjusted the charge back to the original amount. So I agreed to let her make it right. She explained I had to wait 4-6 weeks for the actual Body treatments due to safety concerns.
Several weeks later, when she finally used the correct Body tool, she administered the treatment with nitrous oxide gas, and the treatment was incomplete with entire areas missed. You can clearly tell the difference between a treated area and a non-treated area. I saw this and let her know the next morning and sent pictures.
She then recommended we re-treat at the location with the Face tool, and I had to point out again that would be wrong and it would be the same issue as before. She then tried to schedule me at the 233 E Erie location with Body Tool to treat missed areas that are near the areas that were treated, but that would have been only a few days after the last treatment, which violated the standard 4-6 week safety protocol that she herself mentioned last month.
I repeatedly asked if I was at risk of the scarring and other risks associated with ignoring the safety protocol and they never answered my questions and just tried to schedule me anyways.
I explained that between what I believe to be fraud at the initial session followed by an incomplete session, followed by a seemingly complete disregard for my safety and risk, I did not trust them and wanted a refund and would seek out an alternative provider.
The said they would gladly refund me, but that it was standard to get me to sign an additional liability waiver and a NDA… which didn’t sound right. It wasn’t clear why they needed an additional liability waiver after all the forms patients already sign before treatment just to issue a refund… No new treatments were being performed. No one needs to sign any new documents.
It’s like they want a trade off of silence for a refund, and I wonder how many times that has happened. I’ve since found some very serious BBB complaints.
Location is clean.
