This was our family doctor when I was younger and for many years while I was in college. I would not recommend this provider unless you are looking to go in and out. Each time I visited, the front desk was often rude, especially to older patients that require more patients. And the Dr. Zhang herself will see you maybe for 2 minutes tops for what should be a 15 or 30 minute visit that the office bills insurance for.

I came to this office for the first time a couple of years ago because I was uninsured and I ran out of my blood pressure meds. The front desk was uncaring and Dr. Zhang was the rudest and most unprofessional doctor ive ever seen. Her bedside manner was horrible and she refused to help my situation. Do not recommend.

Front desk ladies very unprofessional. Chatting all day and when patients arrive, they keep on chatting. One of them stick their head out and ask for birthday for sign in. They made an area for lunch and 4 people gather around to eat. Can't believe a medical office it's like this.

The front desk personnel are without-a-doubt the most rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful people. Simple questions are met with disdain. Most common answers are "we're busy." "The doctors are too busy to call you back." You are the face and voice of the doctor's office - if this were my business, you'd never be allowed to interact with clients.
