Dr. Vincent Rappa

My father, and my wife's mother hVe gone to Dr. Rappa for years . We all consider him one of the best . Canr say enough good things about him . I always had a fear of shots and,taking my blood pressure, before I went to him . Now, I actually look foward to it . When he,takes blood,, you hardly feel a think , without leaving a mark . I consider him family for life , and I'm so lucky to have him .

I am seeing Dr Rappa since 2008 He is one of the best doctor hard to find doctor spend 40 minuets on every person explain you all the health problem and helping you to get better health Dr Rappa and his office staff is giving very Profosinal service is. any one knows what’s happen Dr Rappa office is close almost 10-12 months

Dr. Rappa is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately his office is closed since July 2021 for some reason. I hope everything is ok with the doctor. Hope to see him soon.

My mother, fiance and myself all see Dr. Rappa. In our first visit, the staff and Dr. Rappa were so welcoming. Dr. Rappa gives such attention when you go in for your appointment. Such a fantastic and professional doctor with a great bedside manner. However, there are certain things that have occurred within the past few months specifically with the staff that has shown an immense level of unprofessional. Its a shame that I had to come and change my rating and initial comment as Dr. Rappa is such an amazing doctor, but it is incredible to see how staff can be so painstakingly rude to their patients. A specific example, my mother who has high blood pressure unfortunately has called numerous times to get answers on filling prescriptions and at one point, I had to get involved at to resolve an issue. Her levels after dealing with such issues were on greater levels. She has issues at times with making appointments, etc and it has not been hassle free. I understand doctors offices are very busy as I also work in an office that is extremely high call volume and a stressful work environment, but never have I surpassed a level of professionalism as my motto is "kill them with kindness". I will not mention any names in the office of who was rude because I do not feel that is necessary to put a name out there, but I am sure the person is well aware. I would hate for myself, my family and Fiance to switch our doctor after finding such a great one all because of a few "misunderstandings".

Horrendous office manager Nalinee, nasty in every possible way, which is surprising that a doctor who seemed to be thoughtful, kind and professional would even employ a person like her. Office has been closed since June 2021 with no explanation. Very disappointed since he really seemed to be a caring person and doctor. I have since moved on from "Dr.Gone With The Wind" and am very happy with the Dr. I go to now.
