Dr is Professional, great bed side manors.. I have been going to his office for six years.Never had a problem scheduling an appointment. Staff is kind and courteous.

Been coming here for the last 5 years always professional Doctor Letcher always answer all my Questions and explain and necessary medications or treatment. Front desk Is also amazing

Been a patient of his f ok e about 15 years. I always found him professional. My biggest problem in the past was his staff. They were nasty and unhelpful. But that has changed. He has a great staff now

Good doctor, staff not accommodating at all. And appointment 3 day later doesn't help when you are ill. Urgent care no help.

Had an appt at 4:15pm that I waited 1+ months for. I work in NYC & left at 2:45 to be sure I was on time. Of course I was on a train that went out of service then had to wait for the bus. The trip was taking 1 hour & 45 minutes which is much longer than it should've been. Know that I was running late, I called the office 3 times and on the 3rd call someone answered just to find out that the doctor left the building. My appt was 4:15 & I called at 4:15 & he already left. How does a doctor do that without contacting his scheduled appt. I am extremely upset that i traveled so long & he left before my appt time. I am changing doctors.
