He’s an amazing doctor. He’s smart and attentive. He puts your mind at ease and knows a lot. The front desk people were super helpful too.

Dr Huh has been my ENT in the past when he used to have an office on Middle Village. I am planning on seeing him again cause hes really conscionable doctor and cares for his patients very well. Hes not some kind of a business doctor. But with all the reviews about the receptionist, Im kinda worried about calling today. I put 5 stars for Dr Huh's skills as a doctor and not for this facility cause I havent been to this place yet.

I’ve had the doctor since I was a child, and he’s always been helpful and understanding. I’ve seen some reviews on the receptionist being an issue. And I suggest using Zocdoc if you want to avoid any frustrations

I called with lots of pain to my right ear to see if it would be possible to see Dr. Sam Huh for the first time. I‘ve personally recommended pt’s to his office from my office. The first call that I placed to the office the receptionist that goes by Kate placed me on hold for about 7 mins while she was speaking to someone in the office forgetting I was on the phone listening to her conversation. What happened to the HIPPA policy? When I finally got threw I explained to her that I was in a lot pain and would like to see the doctor she responded with a nasty attitude and in fact asked her to lower her tone of voice and to stop yelling. In response she told me she was extremely booked and had no availability and that the doctor doesn’t accept emergency cases .I told her I would speak to the doctor directly to confirm if that was truth she clearly stated that I wouldn’t be speaking to then doctor and hung up on me.I strongly believe if your working with patient in a professional environment you should not have such a nasty attitude and should be aware of all HIPPA Laws and policies that are active in any medical facility and know that when your dealing with patient you should have some compassion and respect.Kate should not be working in your place of business she very unprofessional.
