As a filler virgin, I decided to get my lips done for the first time, as nerve wrecking as that sounded for me - I was in such gentle and great hands of Rachel Moradian. She made sure I was comfortable and asked and answered all the necessary questions I had before the appointment. I will most likely be going back - definitely such a welcoming & caring environment. Overall, I’m satisfied with my new lips - they healed great and Rachel made sure she provided me with all the necessary aftercare and followed up as well. Thanks Rachel & FILD team!

Ive had a great experience at the studio. Not only is the space beautiful but the staff are kind and it's easy to book appointments. I had some questions after my session with Dr Jaafar and it was so easy to reach her and she quickly called me back and answered all of my questions. I'm lucky to have found a great doctor who cares!

I went to Dr. Randa Jaafar for masseter Botox. She has great bedside manner, is very kind and thoughtful, does not upsell treatments, and prices competitively. I recommend 100% if you’re looking for TMJ Botox or any other treatment. She’s better than many of the “celeb” injectors in NYC.

FILD Studio is such a beautiful space! Great location in soho with so much to do around! Dr.Jaafar’s is such an amazing doctor and took care of all my need with great attention to detail. Rachel also does an amazing job and is so kind. I definitely would see either of these providers. The front desk staff is so kind and helpful! I 100% will be back for every treatment in the future.

Botox - Masseter / TMJ / Jaw

The process for scheduling and receiving the treatment went very smoothly. I felt that the experience, however, did not feel very personal - there were no instructions or best practices given for before / after treatment, or the typical frequency. This is what I would have expected, as it was my first time undergoing TMJ treatment, so I would hope future patients receive more information.
