I had such an incredible experience with Dr Kuan at Sanba. Dr Kuan answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed or talked over. I’m admittedly a bit of an anxious patient so I had loads of questions about Botox, and he answered every question and made me feel totally confident about my decision to go forward with the injections. And it’s been exactly one week and I am already absolutely loving the results— my forehead looks smooth and rested. Thrilled. I highly recommend Dr Kuan and will be going back to the practice for more injections in the future! Update: now that it has been about 40+ days since i received the treatments, I am even more pleased with the results. At least a dozen people that I know well have told me how rested and vibrant I look. I always take the time to credit Dr Kuan and recommend the clinic!

I came to Dr. Kuan for masseter Botox, just for a consultation. I could not have had a better experience. He was warm, inquisitive, and informative. Without prompt, he told me about a lesser known side effect and how he would specifically avoid it. He answered all of my questions and reminded me at every point that my decision goes, even when I wanted half his recommended dose. From his advice, I decided to get Dysport instead. It was my first time with any cosmetic procedure so I was nervous. I sought Botox for a medical, not cosmetic reason, and I was already a little miffed that my insurance would not cover any of it. Dr. Kuan's bedside manner and expertise were worth every cent. He followed up with me to check in instead of me having to reach out first, which I naturally would not have because it's been a little over a month and I had zero side effects. My treatment had the exact effect I expected and I loved the result. I recommend Dr. Kuan to any Botox/Dysport first-timers.
