The check in process was efficient. Friendly staff. Never felt rushed throughout the process. Dr. Roux-Lough is very gentle and calm. He took his time preparing everything very carefully. I have gotten Masseter Botox before with a different provider, and I must say that Dr. Roux-Lough’s technique was less painful. They are transparent with the pricing and process. I will definitely be going back next time!

Dr. Roux-Lough was very patient, kind, gentle, and professional. Highly recommend! I barely felt a thing. Also, even though the price can vary depending on whether you need more units, the price quoted on certainly ended up being exactly what I paid.

I have been a patient of Dr. Philip for the last 5 years. I initially read about him online, and decided to go and see him. Dr. Philip is EXCEPTIONAL!!! A Black Diamond award-winning expert injector. He is very tuned in to his patients: intuitive, precise, thorough, meticulous, warm, and supportive. He is passionate about his work - making his patients feel and look better. If you’re looking for the right Doctor, stop searching. Also, his staff is terrific... very capable and comforting. I had a great experience with Lauren. Janet offers a wonderful facial. Dr. Philip and the office as a whole are hands down the absolute best!
