Dr. Gessman is awesome! He's a great doctor, he takes his time and explains things and is also very funny! On a side note, Lou Brown who works at the office is also phenomenal. Always very helpful, professional, and courteous!

I've been with Dr.Gessman for years. And found he is extremely professional and has a very good bedside manner. As he shows concern which is what a Dr. Needs dealing with their patients. I'm very happy with him.

dr gessman is an experienced and hands on physician. Unlike most doctors, Dr. gessman takes the time to sit and talk about your illnesses and symptoms in a detailed manner and will answer questions. He doesnt rush his patients. PA Jennifer is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and also takes the effort to answer questions in a non rushed manner. Great people and the staff is helpful.

My son went here for basic blood work and the phlebotomist hit a nerve with the needle - since then he has had pain shooting down his arm, he has hand weakness and cant turn his wrist without experiencing pain. Now he has to seek care from a Neurologist and go for nerve testing - all because the employee didn't know how to do her job

Dr. Gessman is very sweet, and he always takes his time to explain things to me and answers all my questions. However, it's impossible to reach the front desk. I always get placed on hold for 15-20 minutes when I call. I work at a medical office, so I know how busy things get sometimes, but I wait a while on hold almost every single time. I would always get mildly annoyed when this happened in the past, but today I got frustrated enough to write this review. I called around 4:20 pm and was (of course) placed on hold. I waited and at 26 minutes the call fell, but since the office was still open I called them back. Someone picked up and placed me on hold one more time. Finally, I heard the sound of someone picking up, but then they immediately hung up.... I called the office back, and of course I got the "We're closed" voice message because it was now after 5 pm. It's so frustrating to wait on hold for ~40 minutes, only for them to hang up without even asking what I was calling about. Either they're incredibly understaffed, or they need to handle their phone calls better.
