My skin consultation with Dr. Gilbert was honestly the best I’ve ever had—I’ve had quite a few! She was very thorough and really took the time to explain that my skincare issues went beyond what I saw in the mirror. Turns out, it’s more connected to my lifestyle habits. She spent a lot of the time discussing the root cause before jumping into costly treatments that wouldn’t last unless I made these lifestyle changes. I’m excited about what I learned, eager to start implementing it, and see the long-term results of the lifestyle habits and skincare products she recommended.

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Gilbert, and it far exceeded my expectations. The experience was truly exceptional! Dr. Gilbert took the time to explain various options in detail, which helped me realize that what I initially thought was my top choice might not be the best fit for me. While social media can provide some insights, nothing compares to discussing procedures and their intricacies with a qualified professional. I also appreciated Dr. Gilbert's honest guidance about the option I was hesitant about due to concerns about the 'after' results; I now feel much more at ease and have reconsidered it as my top choice. Additionally, her recommendations for a good multivitamin, a Sleep Number mattress, and pillow suggestions were an added bonus. I’m excited to dive into my research on these this weekend. From the moment I arrived, Hayley was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The environment was calming, professional, and inviting. Dr. Gilbert is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything during the skin analysis. I really appreciated the personalized approach they tailored the facial to exactly what my skin needed, and I could see and feel the difference immediately. I saw Dr. Gilbert and Hayley at Vanity MD. I had the most amazing experience. Hayley gave me a warm and professional welcome as I entered the clinic. I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel at home. The clinic was decorated beautifully and was very tidy. I found the clinic to be aesthetically pleasing. I can not rave about Dr. Gilbert enough. She was very attentive and soaked up every word I said. She identified not only the problem but the cause. I appreciated her focusing on getting to the root of the problem and looking at me holistically. I found Dr. Gilbert to be an expert in my issue and her several years of experience can definitely be seen as she came up with a differential diagnosis. I appreciate her taking time with me during my appointment. It did not feel rushed. It felt as if she delegated an entire hour and a half to 2 hours trying to pinpoint what brought me in. Although Dr. Gilbert knew I fully trusted her to perform a specific procedure, I appreciated her conservative route to medicine. She had the opportunity to gain profit by doing the procedure, BUT she chose to be conservative and look at how my lifestyle was contributing to my problem. All I can say is I have NEVER had a doctor be so patient and thorough with me. She was comprehensive. Most importantly, you can tell she has a passion for what she does which leads to her fully taking care of her patients. 10/10 recommend! Go see Dr. Gilbert!!!!!!
