My mom has been a patient of Dr. Ainspan for over 30 years. I needed to see a dermatologist and of course he was my first choice. Now my daughter is also a patient. Dr. Ainspan is very patient and listens to your concerns. He provides feedback for you and doesn’t rush through the appointment. The staff in the office are also great, they are professional. If you need a referral to see him through your medical insurance, be sure to get the referral from your medical doctor first in order to make an appointment. Without the referral the staff will not schedule the appointment. His office is located near public transportation it’s pretty easy to get to. I recommend Dr. Ainspan.

The best Dermatologist ever! My mom had a horrible prior experience with another dermatologist. She has moles over 50% of her body and was experiencing irritation and sleep deprivation as a result. We got a second referral for Dr. Ainspan. He showed genuine concern, listened to my moms issues and executed a plan which involved my mom as a decision maker. Ultimately he treated the entire area irritating her, and explained the process while doing so. Excellent communication skills, bedside manner and patience. I highly recommend him. P.S. mom has had no further issues and is able to sleep throughout the night like an 87yr old baby, lol! Thank you Dr. Ainspan!

Dr. Ainspan is very kind, professional and patient. He really did a lot to ease my concerns and help me feel comfortable. I like his office staff and each one of the women I talked to on the phone were also very patient with me as I was anxious and talking too much. It was a very positive experience and I'm going to be sure to not wait so long next time to make my appointment for my routine check going forward.

Dr. Ainspan himself is friendly and knowledgeable. However, one woman working at the front desk behaves extremely rudely, and is the reason why I have switched dermatologists. I do not understand why he chooses to employ such a discourteous person in a patient-facing role.

Writing this review as I am 55 min past my scheduled appointment and still waiting for my turn. Seems like they double-book appointments. Another patient also had 3:30 appointment with the same doctor at the exact same time just like me. The receptionists are ignorant and moody. This place has a lot to improve on. I give it 1 star for the pre appointment experience.
