Dr. Rubinov provided me a great experience with reassuring me that he would get to get the bottom of my health concerns. He makes you feel comfortable. The office is clean and inviting and all virtual appointments are prompt and detailed.

This was my 4th colonoscopy and the best experience. Dr. Rubinov was warm, pleasant, and easy to talk with at the first video appointment. The office staff similarly were very helpful prior to the day of the procedure. On the day itself the front desk people were warm and friendly. Dr. Spencer the anesthesiologist was very kind, helped me settle in and feel comfortable, and got the IV in easily and almost painlessly (compared to others in the past, who often have trouble with my veins & poke repeatedly). After the procedure the lady in the recovery room was extremely helpful and the doctor answered all my questions with great patience and kindness. I'm very appreciative of the whole staff making it positive and in fact pretty much the best possible experience of a difficult procedure. Many thanks

Dr. Rubinov is a great doctor. I brought my brother to few appointments. He's thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very caring. He explains everything excessively and answers all your questions.

I am absolutely amazed and impressed with the professionalism and compassion that Dr. Rubinov possesses. He’s so kind and well mannered and one of the first doctors who didn’t dismiss and respected my beliefs in natural treatment for my digestive issues, although, he did prescribe me medication and educated me about how it can help. I’ve been suffering for a long time and been very proactive in trying to get to the root of my problem and have done a ton of research. He’s very knowledgeable and definitely knows his specialty but I would admit I am quite stubborn when it comes to taking meds but I highly respect his input and medical advice. Now, as for the endoscopy he performed on me, it was an amazing experience! This was the 4th endoscopy I had in my lifetime (I’m 38), the last 3 with different GI specialists and this was the best so far. His staff is so kind, his facility is nice and clean without fragrances, air fresheners and harsh smelling chemicals which can be helpful for those like myself who are sensitive to smells. I also had the best recovery with this doctor. It was like I was never put to sleep that day. I usually feel off for the rest of the day after my other sedations with endoscopes. I had a bad experience with another doctor the last time I was sedated and was a little worried this time around. He knew I was a little anxious because I kept telling him ☺️ but he put me at ease and never once seemed annoyed. I know this review was long but it’s an experience I wanted to share because I do rely on reviews when looking for anything that is new to me. I wish I could thank whoever raised him because they did a great job. He’s a very respectable doctor.
