Dr. Faller has become a trusted “adviser” to both my wife and I. He explains medical procedures in simple understandable terms. He is a proponent of the “KISS” theory - “keep it simple, stupid”. Will only recommend medicines, prescriptions, surgery, etc., when it is clearly necessary. Will recommend specialists outside his office when called for. My wife and I feel very fortunate to call Dr. Faller “our doctor”

Dr. Faller is a very kind and approachable Doctor. He actually listens to his patients concerns and needs and is always present during our visits. It's hard to find a doctor like him. He has done everything he can to treat me and I am very greatful. His staff have also been very kind as well.

Excellent Rheumatologist. Very knowledgable, great office staff, and has been excellent in coordinating with my other doctors as needed. Highly recommend.

I was a patient of Dr. Faller for several years. This morning, I reached out to Dr. Faller's office to get a question answered about my last results bc it is the best I have at the moment and that information would impact what prescription I would receive from another doctor. Randy, his receptionist, was rude and insensitive. You LITERALLY have people's lives in your hands and you treat those lives as if they are an annoyance/ inconvenience because they are trying to get clarity so that they can get the proper care. I hate that I even have to post this, but I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service and communication I received this morning.
