I’ve been a client of Dr. Halpin’s for about 2 1/2 years and will NOT trust anyone else with my face/treatments. Dr. Halpin is very knowledgeable in esthetics and she ensures that you leave looking naturally refreshed. My appointments with Dr. Halpin are always amazing. Not only is she knowledgeable, Dr. Halpin is very personable, down to earth and really sweet. Dr. Halpin takes the time to ensure you’re well informed about the service you’re receiving and always checks to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. 100/100 always!!

I got a lip flip from The Good Doctor today and I have got to say that that was the best experience of ever had with a doctor.! She was so kind and the conversation was spectacular. The aesthetics are extremely nice very neutral colors very clean environment extremely sterile. I will absolutely be back to get another lip flip or some filler next time but rest assured I will come here to have anything done in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody anywhere that wants to have a cosmetic procedure!

I paid for my daughter to get an IV hydration with Jacklyn Halpin. She said Ms Halpin was pleasant and kind. The overall experience wasn’t pleasant and I wish the process would have been discontinued because both of my daughter’s arms are sore and bruised. She wanted a relaxing and pleasant experience specifically for rehydration as a birthday gift. The actual infusion itself was not painful, but the aftermath of multiple insertions attempts left her bruised and sore for the past few days. Ms Halpin told her the veins were “rolling” and she needed to drink more water, which was confusing given the purpose of the visit. Considering this ‘Hydrate Me’ service was to help with dehydration, you would think that plump veins may be hard to find and expected. My daughter regrets she chose to continue the infusion at the time and wishes she would have stopped the service. The appointment was on December 8, 2026 and her arms remain sore and bruised. Some seasoned nursing friends advised that the infusion should not have continued once the catheter was not properly in the vein, as there was a risk for infiltration. Another concern some nursing friends shared from photos they observed, the tourniquet appeared to have been left on for the duration of the service, which added to the uneasiness. While everything ultimately will be okay because bruises heal and soreness goes away, the delayed discomfort and bruising were unsettling. I just wanted to share this for future clients looking for IV hydration. I don’t like sharing negative reviews and hope this is viewed as informative for future clients and Ms Halpin. Hopefully future clients and Ms Halpin can be more cautious and considerate during the service. Everyone wants a pleasant experience and positive outcomes.

How do you leave a $175 turned $300 hydrafacial appointment with makeup, oil and other products left on your face, neck and decollate(upper chest)? This was my third physical experience with this place. My first was last year when I showed up for the grand opening and spent $1,055. I spent about $150 of those dollars supporting the vendors but the rest went directly to the business. Of the remaining $905 I spent $140 on the raffles, mostly for the Gucci bag and facial, and the remainder($765) on actual services. $510 on my credit card and the other $255 in cash. I paid for 3 of their most expensive hydrafacials at what was promoted as a discounted rate. I booked my first facial for about six weeks from that day since I had just gotten a facial while I was away from NC a few days prior. I was excited to finally see a group of women with a MedSpa here in Greensboro. I was definitely tired of driving to Charlotte and Raleigh or even Atlanta to find Women of Color that understood my skin type, color, texture and concerns. To see her event and pop-up on my IG feed made me feel just a little less invisible in this vastly growing city. Fast forward to just a few days before my first appointment I called to cancel because I had to go out of town on business and wasn’t sure if I’d be back in time. I was assured that everything was fine and that I could book at anytime since I have a credit on my account so there would be no problem. On the day my appointment was initially scheduled but, was canceled by phone prior too, I got a text receipt asking for a review as though I was there to receive services. I called again, assured that it was an error and everything was corrected accordingly. I returned to NC a few weeks later and got directly back to work. Self-care was furthest from my mind. So a few months quickly went by and her page popped up again. I called the next day to book an appointment. No one answered and I couldn’t leave a message. So, I tried a few more times over the next coupe of weeks until I just gave up calling and went by. Got there doors were locked and the lights were out. Asked the neighboring business if they were still in active and she said yes, but barely. I made a few more attempts and just gave up. Here we are June 2025 a year later and the page pops up again! I’m excited so I called, got someone, asked if my credit was still available and booked but not without being placed on hold several times my balance being reduced by $255 and a whole lot of confusion. So, now I’m down by an unreceived facial and no trace of the cash that I paid in the system but the card transactions were thankfully there. Should have only been one but for some reason there were two. Booked my first official facial with the Dr. since she was the only one available. I was expecting a hydrafacial but was given a Cashmere facial. When I asked midway through my service why didn’t I receive what I paid and asked for. I thought she changed it based on her analysis and expertise but she said that I was booked for the service she provided based on what was in her system. I said okay and once the service was over I asked what my balance was and she told me that I only have one Cashmere facial available. I told her what I paid for and she stated that she’s been through a lot of people and had to get a new team so she could only, unfortunately, go by what was in her system.A bit upset, definitely cheated and ready to be done with this appointment. I went ahead and booked my “last” appointment with her for August 29th. A week or so passed and I really didn’t want another facial that I felt didn’t benefit me, wasn’t what I initially purchased and since it was my last one I called to change the service type. I was told that since I have a credit worth $255 I could take advantage of the August $175 special with the in-house Esthetician, Vitoria, on the 27th and have a small balance left over that I could use for something else. Didn’t happen got someone else, a terrible experience, money taken and horrible results. I won’t be back.
