If i can i would give it a negative star, but that one star is for the doctor. First off, the doctor is easy going, good at small talks and very professional. The problem is that front desk lady, she is rude & disrespectful. Literally talks to the patients like how someone would talk to a beggar, she doesn't even look at you and is full of attitude. Most of the patient from that clinic are elderlies, and she doesn't pay a single respect for them and she act like could care less. Like doesn't she have parents to teach her the most basic manner? I waited long enough just to see the doctor and all the people that came after me already visited the doctor and left. And i asked why and she was so full of herself and kept giving me attitude like i own her a million dollar or something. Anyways the doctor needs to get himself a new assistant, someone that can actually help rather than someone who is rude towards patients.
