This was my first time with Botox, and I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Dr. Lola was kind, knowledgeable, and had a warm personality that immediately put me at ease. During my initial appointment she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She checked in to make sure all was well, answering any questions I had and readily accommodated a touch up a few weeks later! I felt cared for from start to finish and truly appreciate this. I look forward to returning to her in the future!

How do I even begin? Lola is truly a breath of fresh air. She has the perfect personality and calming demeanor needed in this field. She greeted me at the entrance with a pleasant and welcoming smile. When I sat down, she first asked what I felt I needed to improve on, rather than immediately making suggestions. Throughout the entire process, she explained everything step-by-step and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She is absolutely amazing. Her passion for her work is evident in her aura, professionalism, and bubbly personality. Lola is now my go-to person for all of my aesthetic needs moving forward. XOXO.

Dr. Lolange is absolutely amazing! She is warm, friendly, professional and most importantly has an artful eye coupled with amazing technique that delivers results. She took her time to address my concerns and problem areas and reassured me throughout the visit of what was to come next. I had such a fantastic experience at Lola Aesthetics and Medi Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. What really stood out was how kind and knowledgeable she is. TL;DR: know what you’re agreeing to, and don’t let ambitious injectors get the best of your face while in a vulnerable state just to make a buck. Lola, that was 3x the price I came in for, don’t you think you should’ve mentioned that upfront? ✌🏼 I’m finally getting around to writing this - it’s not easy as Lola is a charming person, she really is lovely. But it’s undeniable that suggesting to inject my cheekbones while already on the chair getting Botox, was simply wrong. Mind you - my natural cheekbones are a cornerstone of my facial structure, I got them from my mother and they are a highly complimented feature. They did not need filler. I came in for Botox, a 600 or so dollar treatment. And almost left with a tag of ~2,4K - she didn’t even bother to confirm the price increase before moving forward, and that’s 4x what I agreed to pay for. After completing the service, she tells me the total and I respond in well-mannered shock, after which she offered to bring it down a few hundred dollars. Still more than 3x what I explicitly came in for. The saddest part is that since then I now have noticeable indentations on my cheekbones. I didn’t want to admit that I was one of the unlucky to get caught over-injecting, but the truth is that I was caught off guard and it wouldn’t have happened if Lola had discussed the cost prior to starting an agreed upon procedure and, more importantly, asked how I felt about my natural cheekbones. I would’ve said they are my mother’s cheekbones, don’t touch them. ✋🏼😒
