Love Dr. Liao. She's attentive, kind, soft spoken, doesn't rush you or make you feel like she has to hurry because the next patient is waiting.

Dr. Liao is the best endocrinologist there is, she is a very sweet person who understands her patients. Cares and needs, she understands the changes your body goes through when you have thyroids. I have been going to her for a few years now and I don’t think I’ll ever leave, She is my Angel.

I tried to make an appt just now with Peggy and my appt wasn’t made after 45mins! Literally 45 mins! First, who takes 45mins to book an appt??! and I still didn’t get an appt since she took too long so someone else took the appt she gave me in the beginning. 2nd, I called today, 4/04 and the soonest appt with Dr Emilia Liao is on 6/29 but since Peggy took too long to schedule my appt someone else took that day so next appt is on 7/01! This is ridiculous! I told them I’m pregnant and need to check my thyroid with the endocrinologist! I had to hang up after 45 mins since my lunch break was over. She told me someone else will call me back to make an appt but no one called me back! This is not professional and how to run the office!
