She was incredibly thorough, confident in her knowledge, and I felt very comfortable taking some first steps into the interventions we talked about. She had great before/after of the procedures she had performed, and this was very encouraging! The office was clean, efficient, not too much, and not too little. Highly recommend!!

I went to Aeterna’s Soft lunch when they first opened and have been a member ever since! The Ambiance, the staff, and everything they offer has been wonderful. I had such an amazing experience today at this med spa. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. The atmosphere was beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. Everything was explained so thoroughly from pricing to optional payment plans and I never once felt rushed or pressured. My nurse injector Kail was absolutely wonderful. She was so skilled, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions about tox, laser treatments, and fillers. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about getting the best results. Sam at the front desk was also so kind and accommodating during check out. They even fit us in last minute and made room for both of us without making us feel like an inconvenience at all. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience, professional, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. I will definitely be back again and would recommend this spa to anyone looking for high quality care and a relaxing environment.
